As I am currently planning my wedding, I have found that prioritizing tasks and creating a checklist makes things a lot easier (there is that planner girl inside me lol). From when to book venues, to finalizing guest lists, a lot of items can get lost in the shuffle and forgotten.
That is why I started using Zola’s 12+ month wedding planning timeline to help me stay on track and never skip a beat!

This checklist is a great tool to use from the time that you get engaged, to the day of your wedding! This list has literally every task you can think of for your wedding and even your honeymoon!
Although I have already marked a ton of the items off of my checklist (way to go me!!!) there are still tons of items left on my list for me to do. Wedding planning takes a long time, I swear lol!
You can use the website from a computer to access the list, but there is also an app for you to download to your phone! It allows you to take your checklist with you On The Go! The app is available for both Apple and Android!
Whether you decide to use the PDF checklist or the app-based checklist, this list tells you everything (and more) about what you need to do and when for your wedding! This checklist will help you to stay organized while planning for your big day!
With the app, you can actually remove items you know you will not need. You can also add items that Zola may have missed! I love being able to checkmark the item right on my phone when it is complete!
If you take a look at this screenshot, you can actually see that Zola provided some tips within each of the items on the checklist! These tips are extremely helpful!
Another one of the Perks of the website and app is that you can actually create your own Wedding Website. This can include information about the Ceremony and Reception, The Bridal Party, and there is even an option for your guests to RSVP!
You can also keep your Guest List on Zola! You can use the website or the app to add, edit and remove your guests. When you add your guests they are able to RSVP, directly from your wedding website!
There is so much that you can do with Zola! You can also use it as a Gift Registry for any gifts you may want/need as a new married couple! My favorite thing is that you can make a Honeymoon and Cash Fund right inside Zola! This is what we are going to be using as we do not need any items for our home. We want to go to Disney World for our Honeymoon, and therefore will be creating a Honeymoon Fund!
There is one thing that I must mention, however. If you want to manage your Registry from your phone, you will need to download ANOTHER app.
This app allows you to edit and add to your Gift Registry (and Honeymoon fund) right from your phone! Although it is an additional app, it is very helpful!
Zola makes it easy for you to get everything set up and planned out for your wedding! There are instructions on EVERY page and there is even a Help section if you are having trouble! I highly recommend you at least check out this amazing Wedding website when you are planning your wedding!
